We are Cargo Connection from Vietnam. we wan to update a company on blacklist. They credit to us a big amount about USD 3200 from Feb 2018 but until now we still not receive their payment. They confirmed payment to us many time but they never do it. They open many company to easy contact many agent.

We worked with them long time and no problem. But until Jan 2018, once we consiged to them 3 shipments from India to Ho Chi Minh: 2 shipments from Hazira to Cat Lai and 1 shipment from Mumbai to Cat Lai, they collected full amount local charge at Port of Loading ( POL) from direct shippers but they didn’t pay them to Carrier at POL. They said that their bank has problem, so they can’t transfer to any One at that time. If don’t receive payment from POL, Carrier will not release Delivery Order ( DO) at Port of Destination ( POD). While we need pick up DO at POD for our clients. They request to us that we will pay all charges( Ocean Freight, Local charge at POL and local charge at POD) to Carrier POD and we can debit to them the charges that they have to pay to Carrier POL only. we don’t have any other way because we need pick up DO to our client. we accepted it. And after that, we sent to them full documents for 3 shipments that we paid help them at POD, they also confirmed received it and many time they confirm will payment to us but until now we still not receive their payment. On 2 May, they sent to us bank slip via email but with USD 608.5 only and also don’t have chop from their bank. Their bank slip have their company chop only. and until now we also don’t receive that amount. we ask them why our SOA is USD 3200 but you pay to us USD 608.5 only, they said that their bank can’t combine many shipment to payment. they will pay very shipment. we don’t accept it. As we known, once Oversea transfer never One payment every shipment because bank charge is very high. We usually combine many shipment to payment to save bank charge both side. on our Agency Agreement also mention that once the amount up to USD 500, both side have to payment together.
