I have filed a report to the Hong Kong Police and reported this incident to HSBC Hong Kong. HSBC has replied to me on the status and will contact the bank account holder on this. I will relentlessly continue to pursue on this and will encourage those who were cheated to report this to hong kong police too. The police website allows online reporting of cybercrime.
