I placed an order and paid USD 1000 deposit to supplier, the balance was paid after faxing B/L. We buy iron wire from her size 0.86 mm quantity 24 tons, but they sent nearly 1.0 mm. We paid full money and got cargo, after opened container and check cargo, we found this problem, also missed 100 kgs. When we contact with her to complain, she is always silent. While this size really can’t use.
