My colleague found this supplier online @ www.facecomponents.com and requested for quotation for the item. The supplier sent the quote through email named Peter Song and there the communication started. He then sent us the proforma invoice and bank information when we agreed with the price. Payment terms is T/T in advance, so we processed the payment right away and received no feedback from the supplier after. We tried to contact him in his phone number and email but the number is not in service and didn’t received any reply from email. Then we realized that maybe we were scammed.

I have learned that before we make payments to the supplier that you hardly known, try to search from google every detail of the supplier like, website address, contact number, address, etc. because if we did that, we would have found out from the contact number and address that the supplier is on the list of this blacklisted suppliers.
