I ordered a sample 40ft container from Neil Chen from FigOs furniture. I asked Neil to provide me a quote on the total number of sets that can fit in a full 40ft container. After calculating he advised that 63 sets will fit and quoted me $18,776.00 USD. We agreed on this and the container was shipped to Sydney on the 8th of December 2017. Upon arrival of the container, we did a stock take at our warehouse and noticed only 49 sets arrived. When I contacted Neil about this, he advised that it is impossible for 63 sets to fit in 1 container and only 49 max, total value of $14,382.00 USD. If that was the case, why did Neil quote me on 63 sets and take an excess of $4,394.00 USD? This is cheating and theft.
When I confronted Neil he advised he will keep the remainder for the next order. After multiple exchange of emails he agreed to refund $3,057.00 USD. There is an outstanding amount of $1,337.00 USD. After reviewing the products we received, and trialing the products in our stores, we decided not to continue business as we received low quality products. I have asked Neil to refund the remainder $1,337.00 USD however he does not respond anymore. We have been robbed by a trusted supplier from your site who boasts high quality products and reliability & integrity. I don’t see any of this and would really appreciate you black listing this company.

Never trust anybody. This company provided me with a fake packing slip, and container information. I saw 63 sets loaded onto the container, however when it arrived, only 49 sets were loaded.
