Hello, I am Thomas from the Netherlands. I run an online web shop in electronics.
3 months ago I made an order at Shenzhen Cwell Electronic Technology Co., Limited. I found them via alibaba when I searched for xiaomi products.
With my first order there were already a lot of problems. Some of the phones were delivered with Uk charger, while I clearly indicated that I only wanted the EU version. There were also a number of packages opened, I asked Monica my contact person why there was no plastic to pack and why there were finger spots on the phone.
She indicated that the phones were new, but she had shown the phone to customers who came by. Of course I was completely crazy because I ordered EU versions and no used telephones / show models.
After a time contact me with a list EU version phones brand new in the packing. I think lets try it again. Since my other agent almost had gold phones in stock.
After my payment arrive she told me almost all black phones out of stock. WHAT?!?!?! I became very angry and finally had to choose other colors and other products to get my order.
Then I also asked for a new invoice. I received an invoice 3 times with wrong prices and products that I had not received. I became very angry again and asked her if it was so difficult to put the right products and prices on it. After the weekend because she did not have time anymore. I said I would do it myself.
I will never do business with this company again. And i hope others will not get the same trouble as me.
