Cheater story in Cebu used construction machinery business market.

In November 2017 we shipped one equipment to Cebu to customer. price is 35000 usd.

Customer only paid 10000 usd pre deposit. When machine arrive Cebu port they said they don’t have money to pay. That is third time we had cooperated so we trusted him to release the bl first they promised to pay the 25000 usd balance but it had been three months now.

They claimed the two shipment we send before have issues, we requested them to take picture, they said they will send picture. But we never receive any pictures from them. We send our friend to visit his yard to check what is the problem with the third machine bulldozer. After our friend checked the machine Mr. Shafqat called me and blamed me why i send people to talk loudly that this machine is from China. I WAS TOO SIMPLE AND TRUSTED HIM and asked our friend if he can come back and tell them this machine is made in japan .Then our friend called us and give us the feedback: the worker there said,this machine never had issue, and customer is double checking the machine and ready to pay the money to buy the machine.That is the time we know they are lying to us.

Then we started to contact some customer in Philippine help us to communicate with them ,no positive reply.in the meantime we found out they had cheated others machine also. I send message from Monday to Friday to him every week ,no reply.I told him my company stopped paying my salary because i was the one who released the bl. So i should take the responsibility, I requested him to pay some small payment first so i will have a peaceful Chinese New Year holiday, he only said wait no more.

After new year We started to contact DTI office,they called me and said how could i do this to ruin his reputation. I still message him every day. No reply. Our friend in Cebu helped us to send lawyer paper to their office,finally he called me today and said stop sending him message and will see me in court.until now his wife in Cebu Mrs. Merylin did not even talked with me, after I said to Mr. Shafqat I will share your passport picture online his wife said: you will get your payment if you are patient,and you contact DTI, you asked many person called us make us problem and you threaten to put Mr. Shafqat passport picture online.

2 months no reply no talk no message ,now blamed me for this . How this kind people opening school for teaching children? They talked sweet, and said i am like his daughter ,sharing me with their family picture.after i surrender bl . their attitude is changed in 360 degree. I trusted them, this is big cost for life lesson. I know Sharing this story online doesn’t help me to recovery our balance back. I had made deal with my company if we don’t get balance. I will work for them for two more years only with basic salary to survive of living in Shanghai.
