After sending over my samples of my already made product, they said no problem in remaking my wooden toy. I wanted a specific wood, paint and finish on the toy and had received samples which I paid $150USD for.
The samples were a much better wood quality but the join of the product was bad.. it was joined in the middle of the circle part of the toy not the handle and it was roughly painted but other then that all good. I raised my issues with the toy and i was told IN MASS PRODUCTION of minimum order of 3000 (which I ordered) these two issues I had would not occur because the samples were hand carved and hand painted. I have proof on my Skype messages that this are his words from AARON the sales man who speaks English. I was told throughout my order that the join was bad and they were able to fix it, they send me a few photos and nothing looked bad. The paint looked good.
I paid the 30% deposit prior to the products being made and when production was finished I paid the rest of the 70% equally around $5600 AUD. I also paid around $1100 AUD getting them into Australia by boat. Which they lied and said the products had been sent and the boat crashed and that the products wouldn’t be there for another 40 days. They would ignore when I asked for tracking numbers and also before I paid the initial remainder of the money I asked for photos but got a picture of it all boxed up ready for he boat.
Finally my products arrived. Very badly packaged where the boxes were crushed they were that thin. All products are unsalable! Faulty and dangerous as wooden toys. Not as described and not as per sample. There is thick putty that they tried to paint over and holes in the wood. They are all bad quality or I wouldn’t have hassled them for four months now trying to get my money back or remade. They have lied to me for four months about remaking. Blocking my number, silencing my calls, no replying for days at a time yet answering when I call from a different number.
They have ruined a young family and a small business. I have 3000 products I can’t sell or use and they won’t give me a cent back. They are nothing but scammers and they promise after promise your order is in production until you ask for pictures they ignore and actually want me to send my products back but that is a trap! I’m not falling for that then I have no evidence. I have it all on skype chat that he promised me the products are being remade.
Wasting my time and a lot of people’s money. I see this LTD name does more then just wooden toys. I think they are fake companies ripping people off in the back streets. I previously delt with a Chinese company and not one issue. These people need to be shut down!!! Every time I have called I get laughed to and yelled at in anger mind you ONLY after I paid their money. The sales man Aaron actually said to me on the chat that he did not inspect my order before it left ( HIS ONLY JOB) and that he asked his working how the quality is and his worker replied with ALL bad quality. I previously hand painted from Australia myself and Aaron said that my painting is better then their painting master!! Quite funny how they can admit they are wrong on a chat but happily do nothing to fix the issue. I have reported their bank account via my bank and I also got ripped off with packaging costs on PayPal which they aren’t returning my money so it’s been escalated to PayPal claims!!
