What/Where/When/How: Long story short, I had been ordering a small amount of t-shirts from this particular manufacturer as we liked the feel of the fabric.

We also added in some singlets.

First order came, it was relatively good. But there was some quality issues (print, and some of the sizing was out of whack). We did our own QC and got rid of any bad garments and wore the cost. We contacted Mohammad and explained what had happened. He agreed to replace the pieces in our next order.

Since, we had ordered a few more times – we had minor issues, but we gave his business the benefit of the doubt.

On our 4th order, we received our t-shirts. It was a small order of about 150 pcs. We thought we had been clear in all issues we faced and this would be the premium quality we were expecting.

The garments themselves were good quality, but there was a major fault. The neck sizes were completely out of whack (S neck sizes were the same as 3XL) leading to customer complaints. We checked after receiving many complaints and realized that the tops were basically all wrong. We wrote them off and immediately contacted Mohammad in good faith that he would replace all faulty garments as it was his fault.

His reply?

Basically:

– “Sell them at a local market for cheap” (NO, we are NOT a flea market seller!)
– “I don’t make any profit on these t-shirts if I remake them for you” (so what? WE are at a loss much bigger than what you are! We also had to reimburse customers for the issue and it makes us look like complete idiots given we are a pioneer in the industry)

So he would not agree to remake the garments, and we were basically short changed. Completely terrible replies to us with no amicable solution. I have withheld doing this for over a month in he hope he would replace the garments and get both of us back on track. I very much dislike having to tar another business but he TOTALLY deserves this.

Buyer beware! Do not deal with. Use a third party intermediary to ensure you do not get caught up wasting $$$.
