I had been using this factory to produce my product for over a year until I was sent a letter by an attorney representing a company in the USA. It was then I contacted the factory about this- and was indeed informed they were using the said company’s mold, to make my products. This is a violation of China law, and they refused to refund me the 30% deposit I had on a pending order. I am now seeking legal damages against this factory- it was a loss of over $100,000 or more after having to secure a new factory and make a new mold.
