I was introduced to this company through an agent met on alibaba. I placed the orders and paid the company directly. I paid for part of the order to be delivered before CNY 2017, so that I would not run out of my inventory. They refused to ship my order until the full payment of another product was made. They refused even though I made full payment of the order and product I wanted shipped.
