I mistaking transferred more money to this supplier in China than I owed them. I letter demanded they refund the difference back to me but they gave the excuse that it was getting to the Chinese holidays, and so movement of USD was restricted and could only refund after the Chinese holidays.
I came to China later to meet with them and we agreed that we will buy more goods with the money. they issued the supplier contract and gave us the time lines. It’s been over three months and they are not returning my call or responding to my emails nor text message.
