We have purchased goods USD 1131.63 on 19-Jan-2018 for which we transfer the payment to their bank account No. 6214-8557-7576-1659 with CHINA MERCHANTS BANK, H.O. SHENZHEN.
However, thereafter they have shipped us goods worth USD 563.09 only. They are yet to send us goods worth USD 568.54. But despite contacting them several times, they are not answering our calls or replying to our mails.
