We had an order canceled from our usual supplier, and so I was desperate to find parts for my customer; Website looked legit. Service was good. Parts were in stock and new & original. Didn’t do enough due diligence.
As soon as I advised we had paid they went completely silent. They wouldn’t answer the phone number on their email signature. Dodgy.
User Recommendations:
Do due diligence. I go to China twice a year, but didn’t have time in this instance, and the value was so low. Couldn’t find anything bad online about this company.
Luckily our bank rejected the payment to their bank, so the full amount was refunded back, but I want to take these guys down before they can do it to someone else.
