User Experience:
We were into a Recycled LDPE granules trade, and we have paid them 30% advance and 70% against BL.

Before the goods arrive here at Nhava sheva, Mumbai, India, they said they have mistakenly shipped the wrong goods so I have an option where they can reship the goods or I can get my payment back.

We chose to get the payment back, so they agreed to pay us back all the amount and had a settlement agreement, signed by both the parties (We as well as them).

Now they had to pay on this Monday according to their information but they failed make any payment as yet. Its been 10 days straight and we have not being paid.

They keep telling me we are under process, we will do it soon, but they are not doing it yet.

I don’t know whether They will pay back my money, because now they have stopped replying to my emails as well.

DONT IMPORT FROM CHINA,
If you still want to import from that country, do run a huge background test, deal on verified platforms, ALIBABA etc.. ATTEND TRADE FAIRS and select companies accordingly. Also visit the company is possible and minimize the risks.

Even after everything you’ve done, they can still find a way to scam you. So unless you get the goods physically in your custody, don’t pay these cheaters.

I have gone through a lot now, and going to take some legal action against these company and see if they repay me or not.
Its a long journey but We are up for it.
