I requested a quote, revised the quote several times, then placed an order with Components-Center in Hong Kong. Went back and forth with emails. Payment was to be made up front on my part, 2-3 day processing and then I was told that parts would ship in 3 days. I have never received the product, email them 1-2 times a day and get no response back, tried all the addresses listed on the webpage – support, info, etc. and have called numerous times and it either rings for a minute with no answer or there is a busy tone or it rings once, pick up and hang up. We have been doing business overseas for years with prepayment terms with other suppliers and never had an issue like this. This order failure has now ruined $16,000 in sales we were set to deliver as it is a component to our manufacturing.
