Based on negotiated rate we wired the funds alongwith freight charges and told the company clearly to send the goods by air shipment. The company assured to me that they will send the goods through DHL.
The FOB unit price is USD$56. lead-time is 7-10 days.
Additional freight cost is about USD$255 (8kgs) by DHL.
So total cost for 8pcs is USD$703.
Their freight forwarder sent through land route through North East India and where goods were detained. Now the freight company and the seller are both not responding to my mails to either supply the order or refund the money.

Please be very clear how you ship lithium batteries. For small qty only go for Fedex or DHL.
