User Experience:
After google search for my wanted item, this company reflect the 1st row of supplier under the search. after click in and type my part number under their websites, it reflected a CHAT BOX. and this chat box will link to a guy Called : OCEN. So he does all the transaction. After loading in our PO and full money transferred, he then reply that the goods had taken up by his collegue and require me to take other goods to replace. I asked for the full refund of monies which has indicated in his chat box that we can do so. After several days / weeks chasing for the refund, he then email me that the monies they have sent to our bank was rejected and was revert back to them . But I have checked with my banker, there isn’t ANY bank transaction from this company. When I see this guy on chat box I will immediately log in to talk to him but then he just CLOSED the chat box. After several hard times , I manage to talk in his chat box and he request me to take other part to replace. I got no choice so I order some other goods . But when I received the goods, it was totally different item from what i hv ordered. Again, he keeps on closed my chat box. After hard times trying, he then reply me : ” I have already sent you the goods, so what do you want ” !!.

After this BAD experience, I would advise to check on line to Preview the bad or blacklist supplier lists or call the supplier before loading and sending out the monies.
