We have made a purchase order to Kynix Seminconductor Hongkong limited

The value was above US 1,000
We have made the full payment to them after both parties sign the contract. However they delivered to us the wrong items in which we had both agreed and signed in the contract. When we claimed to them for a replacement or refund, they requested us to send back the goods to them because they did not have the replacement!!
After they received the goods, and they checked it was ok and promise to make the refund to us.However we have been chasing them for more than 3 months (email, phone calls, etc.) And now they refused to make the refund and their Manager name Jacky told us that this was the fault of the previous sales staff which she already left the company and they asked us to wait for them to find her! So ridiculous right?

DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH KYNIX.
I should have checked SupplierBlacklist before purchasing anything from China/Hongkong supplier.
