I placed a sample test order of 50 units of the advertised power bank. They promised 10 day delivery. Instead it was delivered 32 days later. After opening the package, it turns out they send us the wrong product. Seller refused to refund. Basically it was a scam. He also sent me an unprofessional email with a racist comment saying he does not want to do business with ***** race. If you care about your business, avoid this company and its website on Alibaba at all costs. Learn from my mistakes and avoid scamming companies. They will cost you time, money and a huge headache that has no end. It is also better to place the order through Alibaba as they provide more protection to the seller than PayPal. Paypal told us that we have to pay for return shipping at of our own pocket. In other words, they told us to pay for the scammer’s mistake. I have nothing against PayPal but they do not provide comprehensive protection for the sellers like Alibaba does
