We are going to report this buyer company who ordered from us 2 containers of occ waste and we signed contract with the payment term of TT against shipping documents, but even after a week of shipping documents sent to them they refused to make payment and changed the payment term they want less price and they want payment after 90 days, we had to pull back the shipment and we lose 3500$ of freight cost..
