User Experience:
One year ago we ordered from the company Lofty Light again 100 diving lights. We got per contract a proforma invoice with an amount of USD 4,295.00 including freight and Bank commission. We already paid the whole amount in February 2017 to them, but until today we didn’t get anything. In April 2017 Lofty Light (Jayme, Alice and the boss Edwiin) tried to covince myself to order another 400 lights (USD 16,000.00) otherwise they can’t ship the already confirmed order of 100 lights. In case of that I have to wait until they reach the quantity up to 500. I’m still waiting until today. And now, they didn’t answer any mail anymore, I offered Lofty Light to send batteries instead of the lights or to send back the funds, but no reaction.
