After agreeing on the price, payment method, the supplier promised to send the order via DHL. Made the first transfer of $ 250, received the order number and track number from the transport company ems express (at the address which does not work for a long time). The number was tracked to the customs (possibly), then the representative immediately offered to transfer to them the second part of the payment, which will cover the debt for the order ($ 250) and customs ($ 200). It is strange that the suppliers are ready to do themselves to the detriment of working. To my questions where the order was the only answer – pay … the money refuses to return!
