I ordered Aldo woman bag 30.01.2018, and when I checked post, I haven’t received notification about sending the item. Then I searched for contact email, but there were no contact person or address or mail. So I wrote a message on shops communication screen.

There were no answer, wrote 2 more letters after 8 days (8.02.2018) on john@best-savings.net. I got answer that order was sent, and they ask to wait. in 4 days I received ugly cheap smelly shapeless bag packed in plastic with address from China. In all i lost 70$.
