As soon as I sent the first payment the distributor emails me and tells me that taxes went up and they were just told about the increase in taxes. That they can not ship the products since they need full payment. I said who changes a policy during an on going transaction? And if the taxes were going to increase they would have let you know months in advance.
I requested for the amount of product that I sent money for. Or my money back and they said that they can not refund my money.They said they can not change the invoice and that I have to pay the balance. They said we I’ll give you a discount on the total balance but to just pay the balance. I emailed over 80 correspondences. I was coresponding with Lina. I asked many times for my money or for them to honor the agreement and they said they the policy won’t allow it.
