After many years of experience in the local market from the Republic of Moldova,
Comelect-Exim SRL decided to import protective equipment from China. The company imported during 5 years, everything have gone really well. In november 2017 we placed an order of nitrile gloves to Bora Gloves Manufacturer CO.,LTD, that was about 5000 USD.The terms and conditions were the following: 50% payment in advance, and 50% balance against the copy of the original BL; delivery time after 3-5 days after the payment. In the contract was included the clause: “The seller commits that the quality of the delivered goods corresponds 100% to the quality of the samples sent to the buyer.” (until we placed the order we asked for samples to be sent to us, the quality of nitrile gloves was very good). We have honored our contract obligations, but when we received the goods we were very disappointed, instead of nitrile gloves we got vinyl gloves that costs less with 6$ per box of 1000 pcs. Besides this, every box that should contain 1000 pcs, it contains aproximately 500-750 pcs. Overall we lost about 2400$, but we dont know if it will be possible to sell the vinyl gloves on the local market.
