I have ordered 4 units of fan coil units with all the specifications described by email. The company manufactured the goods with totally wrong specification. After i notice them about discrepancy about the specs, they sent me a email recognising they have missed the specification. Since the products have already been manufactured and they had outsourced these products they did not want to return the money and because of deadline delivered i couldn’t wait them to fix it and if i have asked them to fix it they were asking for more money.
