  1. Victor Floats and Forest Cui and untrustworthy and liars. Build terrible floats and do not provide promised warranty.
Stole $25000AUD from one of my customers.
Forest should be in jail and Victor Floats closed down.

  2. I have been to China and met with Government officials and Forest Cui. He has made no effort to refund our deposit and appears to be a fraudster. He has taken our money and has not supplied our goods and it appears he has done this to others also from Australia. Very bad guy to deal with. All buyers beware.
These sort of people need to be stopped from trading. The difficulty is that his factory is in Jinan and his company registered in Hong Kong which is outside of the Jinan Government jurisdiction. BE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND FOREST CUI>

  3. Our company paid Victor Floats the 30% deposit as requested in the PI. The signed PI included additions that were not added and agreements for fitments were unfortunately not followed.
As this company owners would not answer call from us or emails we ask the NZ Embassy to assist in making contact.
The build went way overdue and we lost our customers and had to refund their deposits. There customers were very unhappy and have mentioned so on many forums which in turn has affected our business.
We deal a lot with Chinese companies and have a good reputation with them.
We will forget this unfortunate misunderstand provided our deposit is returned.

  4. This buyer from New Zealand, David , orders two floats, they are highly customized, he only paid a little deposit. We built his floats 100% according to the contract we signed with him, but he refused to pay us the outstanding balance when we completed his floats. We asked him why, he said our floats don’t meet his standards, but we indeed built floats according to the contract, no walked out of it. Thanks to that his floats are highly customized, it’s difficut to sell any others for us, or we have no idea but sell him at a very low price. I think he is a fraudster, Chinese embassy in New Zealand can prove all these things…….
Pls all suppliers open your eyes and look this, do not be fooled again…….
