On 2016 I transferred to indra kumar vyas 53933,91 ind (3/2/2016 19521,22 + 30/1/2016 34412,69 2 money transfers from Bangkok where I were that time ) as a
deposit for producing some dresses (total cost around 2500 euros) .

The next weeks I added dresses and pants from his stock which makes final total around 3500 euros. After 3-4 weeks he informed me that the goods were ready and

I have to send the money. I send a friend of mine to inspect the goods but he refused . He insisted that the goods were ok and he was waiting for money transfer . I inform him that without goods inspection

I am not sending money. After a while I realize that I am going to loose my money and I email him to send me photos of what he produced. He send a photo of some items packed which made them impossible to understand what was. After some time he stopped replying to my emails

Ps1 . I have bought from him 3 times before that and always problems. Different colours from what I wanted, different quantities etc.. He always giving excuses like it was misunderstanding etc. I bought from him again cause due to economic crisis and health problems I couldn’t visit India to find new suppliers. This last time I made clear to him that I was not going to accept any misunderstandings . He said ok and that is why I bought from him again

ps2 I found him from alibaba and I have visited his showroom in jaipur on 2015

On December of 2017 I contact the Indian embassy and they were willing to help . They contact him and he replied that he was going to send me goods worth of 50000 inr but he didn’t .
