This is Jollychen ,incharge of department of Legal . we are shocked about this black list web , in the china , we do not use the google , but one of my friend company told us , you are in the list , why . as we checked with the relevant staff ,
As we knew this buyers who was made the deal with us regularly , so that time without any advance payment ,then we shipped out , that value is just 1000dollars , but finally we did not get the payment , so we keeped the materials on the ship about 55 days , then return the container , as we received the bank slip , but no money come to us , Where is the money , is the bank slip real ? because that is special size , after return it and including the ship charge , we lost more than 10000dollars , Where i can complaint it .
