Hi,

I made a bought many products on Aliexpress, but recently I faced a negative example of a misconduct seller, Eternal Team.

Long story – short:
– 19 December 2016: I ordered phone from product link above. Unit price 124.98USD + shipping
– 17 March 2017: phone stopped working and I sent it to seller on my expense
– 17 July 2017: after 4 months of too many messages, phone returned to me
– 17 September 2017: phone loses mobile network for no reason and I sent it again to seller for repair. Again, on my expense.
– 17 October 2017: seller asks for 46USD repairing fee for a phone in warranty period and used for less than 5 months. I finally accepted and I paid the extra 46USD
– 3rd of January 2018: seller asks for extra 85USD for repairing the phone. Seller do not want to cover his lack of professionalism in not performing what they promissed. Seller do not accept to pay any compensation as discount to me for me ordering another mobile phone. Seller answers very late, with a lot of apologies but no solution, no responsibility for money cashed or for product sold.

Conclusions:
– seller Eternal team do not respect warranty time of 12 months = 1 year as Aliexpress declare it
– seller Eternal team shows no respect to buyers money
– seller Eternal team do not assume responsibility of what they promiss
– seller Eternal team is no open to find solutions to problems.

I asked support and protection on Aliexpress Customer Service on chat, TWICE. No answer!!!

Please help me to find a way to obtain what I paid for: a working phone!

1. Not ever buy something from Eternal team on Aliexpress.
2. Before spending on a large marketplace as Aliexpress, first check if seller is clean = there are no negative feedback about its attitude, about the way it does business. Problems can occur, but if seller does not comply to normality, run as fast as you can.
3. check also the detail of marketplace: if they really protect its buyers.
