User Experience:
I ordered a substitution LCD screen for my smartphone. I did not receive a confirmation email, but I took a picture of the screen with my Reference number. I got a slip from the post saying that there was something that could not be delivered. When I contact them, they said it was been sent back. It was all in a week time span. I have tried to contact them via email 3 times to get the money back or the piece I ordered to be resent. Having got no reply, I tried calling them via Skype on the number available on the website. After about 6 tries a woman name Annie finally replies. She told me she was going to get back to me via email the day after (due to the time difference between Europe and China). Once again I sent an email to get no response. I tried again and again for about 2 weeks and nobody would get in contact with me. They are spams.
