I ordered Jacket ,Track Pants & Jogger Set Samples from the Supplier first. He agreed it would be done in 7 business days but took 2 weeks without any good courtesy communication stating something was wrong. He told me the sewing machine broke. I recieved the goods and they were ok. I normally order from China so most my items are great & get complimented. Then I ordered bulk ,we agreed,it was on the contract & he promised it’ll be done in 10 days as I REALLY needed them for Christmas orders.. he said ok and I will message you every step of the way to verify everything one by one during the whole process …Without any courtesy communication again. He we are 35 days later and he now is finished. I asked to view the items before I pay the remaining and it is shipped. WOW!! I stated in my description all zippers black on jackets and the zippers on the sides were SILVER. I questioned him and he said those were high quality & better. Now, if I’m paying wouldn’t I want what I requested not what HE THINKS is better…Also the flags on the sleeves were BAD EMBROIDERY… I sent him a flag to copy and he said yes he will but yet he did not follow! The hood on the jackets weren’t extra length as I stated. My turquoise jacket has white print on sleeves when it was suppose to be BLACK. I said ok I will just sale them cheap but To make matters worst they are SETS so pants to match. The pants were not Tapered as requested, they were straight leg .. you can easily tell the material is WRONG and not as requested…. The print logo on sides on Pants were not the size I sent him…they were smaller and the pants were missing the zip fly… The xippper on bottom of pants are black whil back pocket zippers are silver… that is not goood quality. The waistbands on the pants were incorrect… The flags embroidery on pants as well again was not good as requested. And to top it off I told him if colors don’t match do not make 2 pants sets colors do not match the jacket so I told him I cannot use these . They are pointless. This is why you should have communicated and I would have said No that color is not good ,plus the print on the turquoise pants is black and the turquoise jacket print is white ..I told him about this he said yes I will take $100 off… WTH ..only $100 with so many mistakes on his part !!!!!!!

Lastly jogger sets were HORRIBLE…He did not go off of any my details..Jogger pants were straight leg & some with tapered all different styles ….Quality looks cheap and not what I requested …. Waistband was incorrect not what I requested…Zip fly was missing ..Hoodie style was wrong and bottom hem was not Flat …. the sets looked so cheap

Mind you my main issue is he is charging triple what China charges and sending LOWER QUALITY… I would not be mad if his prices ADDED up to his QUALITY OF WORK .. I address everything to him as well as sent my details pics again to show him he made a few mistakes …HE tried to tell me he did it as I requested ..and I’m lying ONLY 1 mistake… how is this possible when I sent him all my details I sent him to go off of before he made bulk m… He doesn’t want to admit he is wrong and now he is not responding…. I told him GIVE WHAT I PAID FOR THE CORRECT ITEMS AT LEAST..My jackets & few 2 pants sets that did match ..I do not want the jogger sets s they are alll wrong n I cannnot Sale these….he insisted I can’t havE NOTHING unless I pay all… But it’s his mistakes!!!
Half is already sent to you $2000 so send my WHAT I PAID FOR!! $2000 is ALOT of money!!!! or at least send the jackets n remake the joggers that are BAD!!!
Even though as I said jackets are faulty now if I recieve I have to sale them CHEAP …. now he is not responding at all..But he has $2000 of my money and some of my SAMPLES I SENT tO HIM!!!! I have been so PATIENT I WAITED 35 DAYS AND WAS ONLY SUPPOSE TO TAKE 10 DAYS

This Supplier sucks, he will try and send you bad quality and keep your first deposit of funds ….I’m taking my process further with lawyers and Alibaba….

HE WILL NOT AGREE ON TIME FRAME YOU GUYS SET…HE WILLL NOT GIVE YOU SAME QUALITY OR MAKE AS YOU DETAILED HIM TO …HE WILLL ALSO TELL YOU ..HE IS. NOT AT FAULT AND NEEDS HIS MONEY…

SEND ME MY JACKETS !!!!!! STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE

HE WILL CON YOU INTO PAYING WESTERN UNION OR MONEYGRAM ONLY !!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THIS!!!

I ONLY WENT WITH HIM BC THE HAVE LOWER MOQ AND TIME FRAME IS FASTER THAN CHINA

BUT IF YOU WANT CHEAP AND LOWER MOQ GO TO HIM
DONT EXPECT IT TO LOOK LIKE WHAT YOU ASKED FOR AT ALL

Funnny thing is this SUPPLIER HAS ANOTHER REVIEW ON HERE FEW YEARS BACK VERY SIMILAR ..She disputed and won and got her funds back !!!
