We bought one set of Caterpillar Excavator from Ocean Best Machinery Industrial Group Ltd in 2017 year, But the product was lack of parts and also competely different as this company seller Alice Zhou sent us picture before, We paid 30% down payment and 70% balance before shipping, But it seems once they received the full payment, the altitude is different, when we ask why the products was completely different, they kept silent and not reply our email and even whatsapp, disappear in this world, really bad people and company!!!
