User Experience:
Sourced for bucket hats for baby for the summer season and came across the Four Focus company with the sales agent Min.

All taking place on the Alibaba website.

The order process was started and all the regular information transferall was made and Min was up to a good start preceding the order and the payment. We sent her all the standard requirements as usual and all well received by Min.

Once we received the goods we discovered that she had forgotten about the company brand and waning label that both we as a company and the legislation require on our market.

We approached her with the problem stating that unfortunately we could not see these items due to legislation and remaking them with our own labor force was financially not viable and out of question (it would have been cheaper to purchase new items). She admitted the mistake and was of course sorry in wordings. But shortly thereafter the good will from her side stopped.

The process went to a very slow progress hereafter, with no response for days and no suggestions more than if we could pick items from her stock. We finally accepted in order to help her, but requested her to make a suitable package. No real response from this point and onwards. The conversation from our side went on and on and on… But there was no interest from FourFocus side to resolve, just a slow haltering of the process…

Still during the whole process they insisted on being there for us and making their best, which is really a joke! But for more than one (can not keep track of them) they could not make any repayment, not able to use Chinese bank, not able to use Paypal, not able to pay to our own Chinese agent, not able to…

So, in our final judgement they are only interested as long as the money transferral is going eastwards, and there after no interest in you as a customer. Despite all the nice words of honesty, long term business, co-op, etc.

User Recommendations:
Sorry to say that this is a bad seed in the Chinese supplier apple.

We have been sourcing in South East Asia for almost 10 years and have a good number of very good and reliable suppliers, but this one unfortunately was a bad, a very bad one.

Do not make business with them if you do not want to have problems.
