We ordered a Chunky blanket for our granddaughter on Nov 30, 2017 to be for her birthday on 12/14. We received a shipment notification on Dec. 3rd indicating that we will receive the blanket by 12/18. Understandable. We purchased another gift for her birthday and awaited shipment of blanket as a Christmas gift for her. The company assured we will receive the item by Christmas. We did not. When I tracked the order, I found that it hadn’t even been shipped yet.
I notified Loosely.com of the deceit and that I was going to report the incident to the Better business Bureau. Their reply was that I should go ahead and report them…..they will respond to the BBB. No apologies, no responsibility, they totally do not care about the customer at all. They have had full payment for a month and we still have no merchandise and no satisfaction.
User Recommendations:
Just be honest. If the shipment cannot take place on time. Tell the customer. To the customer, the timing matters. To just take money and deceive the customer time after time about shipment and delivery time when the item hasn’t even been shipped is irresponsible and inconsiderate. When a customer expresses dissatisfaction, acknowledge their inconvenience Loosely simply does not care about customer satisfaction, only profit.
