User Experience:
I placed an order for a sweater and a scarf which cost a little over $100 on November 3rd. I received a confirmation email on November 8th. On November 14 I received an email with a tracking info that the items I ordered were shipped and that I should receive themin 12 to 18 days. I contacted rhe seller several times on the order page contact form as well as on their facebook messenger. I never received a response but was soon blocked from contacting them on facebook messenger. They also blocked me from commenting on their pages although I am able to read other comments from people like me asking the whereabouts of their orders. These complaints don’t last on their pages as they get removed so people who haven’t placed orders continue to pay these people without realizing that others who order from them get removed and blocked from commenting. I reported to my bank but since I used my bank card they can’t just reimburse the money. They are trying to involve Visa to go after them. They don’t have a phone number or an address listed. They claimed they were an Italian company but people who dug around found out that they are a Chinese company. No address or contact number. The only way to contact them is by filling out a form on their order page to which they do not response.

User Recommendations:
I am sorry to say that I am very disappointed in these people who are scamming others who paid them money upfront in good faith in return for products they claim to supply. I am hurt that they take money that isn’t theirs. This was a chritmas gift for myself because I am poor and do not shop often. I don’t have much advise for other companies other that to be trust worthy when customers trust them. Behind the companies are human beings who should put themselves im the shoes of people they are scamming. My $100 may not mean much compared to the thousands they are scamming others from. However, it was a lot to me.
