I placed an online order 11/9/17 for a pair of Stella McCartney Flatform shoes at $200 US from a website that says “European” but actually from CHINA.

They sent me the attached, no-name shoes that might cost $2 to make.

Their website states:

“—- If you would like to exchange for other style or request refund, please inform us the tracking number after the items be shipped back. Once we receive the items, we will ship the new item you reorder or refund your payment.”

None of this happened. Instead they told me to KEEP the shoes for the mistake their shipping made, and to REPURCHASE again(!) at a discount and they promise, promise to send the correct order. It is now a month and a half of constant haggling with me and they upped the repurchase price to 50% discount but will NOT refund me. I should not have begged for my refund as many many times as I have. This site is fake, FRAUDULENT and MUST be reported and shutdown.

  1. I also have ordered a pair of brand, prestigious shoes and received cheap $2 shoes, completely different style.

The email conversation kept dragging on for months, they said they will investigate, will report to their manager, then they were on holidays. Then advised apparently my order was sent to someone else (initially I tried to believe it but read further).

In the meantime I checked on this company online by using their email address zoey@topfashionsale.com and found numerous people reporting them as scammers. They did the exact thing to everyone else, same scenario.

Then they advised me to keep the shoes as the shipping back would be expensive. I told them I wouldn’t pay for a shipping as it was their mistake and they need to pay for it. No answer to that. I asked for a refund as at that point I knew they were fraudulent company but they refused.

The email conversation keeps going but they are giving elusive replies which doesn’t lead anywhere.

At this point I don’t know where their physical address is but I will find out. Going to fight my money! People need to be aware. The website I ordered was: http://www.livrosaquaticos.com and the sender LI WENDA Xuan Gong Jie NO. 1 Taicang Shi Suzhou Jiangsu Sheng 215400

Has anyone had any luck sorting it out?

  2. This company also works with a webshop called http://www.bonneschoses.nl
I have the same bad experience, not knowing I was connected with a chinese company.
I bought in the webshop a pair of trousers of a well known and quality label Pepe Jeans.
They send me a very cheap chinese jeans by China Post. Not even worth to wear it!
The postlabel from China has the same adress as Kieselundstein. That’s also how I finally find Supplier Blacklist by Googling the chinese adress.
I was totally amazed, but angry on myself how stupid I have been to buy something on a website I did not know.
I learned my lesson. I am wondering how many people have been scammed now.
Hopefully you can stop this bad activities.
