I purchased a jacket from club factory website in China and was delivered to my USA address.I paid all money upfront .Item received damaged ,even though it was too small it would have been used by someone if it wasn’t faulty.Stiching has come off May places which makes it unable to use .Contacted customer service and they are reluctant to pay return shipping charge and keep teaching me their company policy .I still don’t understand how a company can force their customer to pay return charge which is obviously greater than product cost when it’s a fault caused by them.

But Recently I purchased some products from the club factory and I am pleased that they provided me such a good quality in products and I am quite happy with their services as well.
