User Experience:
I was looking for a supplier of difficult to source components on a trusted industry specific website – www.netcomponents.com. Several suppliers contacted me suggesting they could source stock of which Sunrich Traders Ltd was one. They got my buying requirements form Netcomponents as it was the only place I had registered an interest. I was advised they had access to OEM stock and was offered the goods at a fair market price based on pro forma invoice and TT payments. We asked questions about the company as we had never heard or dealt with them and were assured they were bona fide and assumed this to be the case as they came to us through the netcomponents web site – clearly they were not vetted.

Having made the payments we sent several bank confirmations and traces to confirm funds were with their bank in their account – once they received the funds they wouldnt answer any correspondence by email and hang up when we call………..very bad experience with a rogue Fraudster – and also bad experience with netcomponents as a result of the introduction through their website.

User Recommendations:
One may think that by going through a proper industry standard website that there is a degree of trust to be garnered by the vendors that are allowed to operate under its auspices – this clearly isnt the case. Trust no one and demand proof that the goods are available and references also available on the trading history of potential suppliers. Check the suppliers providence online before committing and minimise the risk as much as possible – especially with China and Hong Kong…..
