User Experience:
I am a dealer in South Korea. I was looking for the item that I need to supply to my customer. So, I found this company that they can support me with good price. And also, I have bought once item from this company. So, I just trusted this company. Unfortunately, when I got the parts about 60K and supplied to my customer all 60K . My customer told me that 7K parts are all bad conductor. So, my customer asked me to refund the whole items. And, I also got the answer about this company that they guaratee the 360days.

But, it has been about 6 months that I am still contact to supplier to refund my order. According to their policy, they guarate 360 days. But, almost 180days has passed but they don’t refund my order. When I called them to refund my order. They only said that ‘I am checking’ and then no response before I ask them again. Following their speech, they told me that they also imported items from China. So, I should give products to Chinese company myself. But, I don’t know the company’s name and not much clear the details. I have sent messages almost five time in a day. But, there wasn’t any answer for my message. I really disappointed at this company. And I hope that there is no more victim like me.
