Mr Jerome White of Investment Assets And Property Management, Inc. and its China, told us that he has direct working relations with Salymneft refinery of Russia.
He claimed that he has other buyers as customers with the same refinery and also using the same Tank Farm called Kochenevskaya storage terminals.
The buyer has now paid over $400,000 USD in Tank Storage and Port Clearance fees as directed by Salymneft, Kochenevskaya Storage and Mr Jerome white we were given Letter of Guarantee by Salymneft that if Buyer SinO Africa pays for the Port Clearance in addition to the Tank storage rental fees, Salymneft will provide the 2,000,000 barrels JP54 FOB Rotterdam
