I have been talking to a guy called Barry Li, listed on www.jinxiang-technology.com as a sales rep. I have made contact with him through Alibaba. His first email (attached under communication) came from an email address jayski4kdi@outlook.com and the proforma invoice came from an email
wholetrader1991@outlook.com. We were chatting on the Whatsapp number 8613241397559 jinxiang-technology. He confirmed shipment yesterday and he has not given me the tracking number and the proof that the items have been shipped and are cleared at customs.
I also saw on the internet that there are complaints about him and he is reported under scammers and blacklisted. Kindly assist with either getting him to send me the item or refund. Thank you in advance.
