We had been in contact for several weeks about placing a small trial order to this factory. Steven, the owner seemed like an ok guy, who specialised on smaller quantity orders. The inquiries were followed up well, prices were workable and so we had a good impression. When we called, mostly nobody would pick up, but we received a call back every time within minutes. Then we travelled to China at the end of October and gave him samples to follow. Once receiving the samples and instructions, his company was not reachable anymore, he only picked up the phone twice after calling him over a hundred times, there is no more answer to the many, many Emails we sent, the confirmed sample time of 10 days has already been exceeded by another 10 days and we only want our original samples back.
