I negotiate with Mr. Sun Sales Manager of Qingdao Tiancheng Industry Import and Export Co Ltd. its mobile number is 008615650150326. we were signed contract 25-09-2017 through SLC. product name was low aromatic white spirit 80MT $41,600/-. we were open SLC dated 02-10-2017. its shipment date was 01-11-2017. party send me original set of documents (BL, CI, PL, CIQ Inspection, FTA & shipment advice through bank. we were pick documents 23-11-2017 from bank while ship was reached dated 24-11-2017. when we confirm shipping line about ship he said ship is reached. he used shipping line cosco container lines co.ltd. when our agent goes for clearance. it is come into our knowledge that he has used booking number & container number of other shipment of Cosco container lines co Ltd. while BL number was fake. after discussing this matter with party, he ask me to give some time to check. after that he block me from skype, e.mail, phone. his boss name was Wuang. his number is 008617164266561. we have full set of original documents, original sales contract, proforma invoice, visiting card and LC
