The manufacturer changed the delivery time and the size of the paper tube after I paid for the invoice 695 dollars. The seller/manufacturer does not speak english very well.
I still have no products from the seller as I refuse to accept the products and he refuses to give me a refund.
Alibaba dispute team did not help, they protect the sellers. The dispute was closed as they decided that the paper jar are the right size, which is not of course.

Avoid this company at all cost. They are not professional, they promise you everything at the beginning but you will end up with no money and no products from them. Its only a “manager” there (maybe he produces the products).
