This company is my supplier for a couple of time. I have also visited their office in person and they have supplied two times their products. However, in my last order they couldn’t deliver the product even if they send the preform invoice and agreed on the term of the payments and delivery conditions. Rather, the contact person is sending from her phones message to buy cheaper from their competitors. Telling me she is helpful.
However, I couldn’t received the goods in set deadlines. we have again, made a new contract and again could’t get the goods before the deadline. I am not really sure if I have to pay a bribe for the contact person. However, I lost my costumers waiting to get the order. At the same time, they have decided not to respond for my calls and emails.
