We signed a contract and let me become the sole agent of Malaysia for their product after I visited the company in Guangzhou 3 times this year. First shipment delivered in Aug 2017 and some products damaged during the shipment due to the packaging. They promised to covered it with Styrofoam but just a carton box. Also, products parts had malfunction during “run test”, we reported this to the company and no action is taken but an empty promised. Just last month I found that they try to sell the product to other customer in Malaysia. Since I am the agent here so I deserve to have all orders in Malaysia. And I paid 50,000 chinese yuan as a agent deposit by cash to them(with a written receipt and company stamp).

You may verify a good factory by asking them question of the product to see how pro they are, shipment arrangement questions, sales, where they sell to, anybody speaks good english in the company, never go for cheap product or the quality will be compromised as well
