We have ordered mixed 1*40 HC with tyres 50pcs. – 315/80R22.5-20PR HS101 brand Taitong with rim 9.00-22.5 brand Better 108 pcs. – Tyres 385/65 R22.5HS 166 brand Taitong with Rim 9.00-22.5 brand Better. The PI was made on 12th, July, we have paid on 14th, July. The shipment was planned on 27th, July. But after reception of payment Mr. Jerry asked to delay loading on 10th, August and loaded only on 22th, August, Thus, the delay was 26 days! Just before the shipment I asked to send photos of goods which are ready to be shipped and it was found out that rim brand is not BETTER, but Landstar (they have another technical parametres that BETTER).
After our refusal of this brand me and my boss were added to blacklist, so I have to write not directly to Mr. Jerry, but to his assistant Sury. But we agreed on this brand because Mr. Jerry Yuan assured us that rims are good. When the cargo came into Russia it became evident that rims are defective, with sharp edges, compression marks and dents. Moreover, instead of 315/80R22.5-20PR HS101 we have received 315/80R22.5-20PR HS268. All these reclamation were sent to Mr. Jerry Yuan but till now he doesn’t reply.
