We have contact the supplier for led chip, they answered quickly to all our questions, sent us the technical sheets of the products. We placed the order, they sent us the Proforma invoice, the bank information for the deposit and all the documents. Once payment of $ 4,600 US made, they no longer responded to our emails or calls.
